The Department of Food & Civil Supply, Government of Maharashtra has issued a Government Resolution (GR) and made it mandatory to use Vehicle Tracking solution for each Kerosene Tanker and to use SMS system for broadcasting the details.

“Let the order No. State PCPNDT Cell/2012/648 dated 22.5.2012 with respect to active trackers be complied with within a period of four months by all the registered sonography centers, failing which, appropriate steps shall be taken for cancellation of their registration in accordance with the Act of 1994 and the Rules of 1996 framed thereunder”.
